• Analyze the source of Actual data and prepare extract/interface to your ERP (e.g. SAP, ORACLE or any local solution)

• Prepare mapping from your Local CoA** to Global CoA**, (e.g. based on IFRS or USGAAP for group reporting)

• Review/implement dimensions - data segmentation (e.g. product, customer, channel or territory hierarchies)

• Build structure of Management P&L on various levels (e.g. Country, Business Unit, Channel, Product, etc.), incl. KPIs***

• Build Master Database in MS ACCESS and define calculations (e.g. MTD, YTD values, local and conso currency)

• Define data sources of historical periods and prepare load/interface to Master Database

• Build planning templates (function to construct and consolidate Budget and Forecast) in MS EXCEL (on Product and P&L level), including automated upload to Master Database and validation flow

• Build advanced allocation functionalities (including rules, criteria and allocation bases)

• Build MS EXCEL add-on front end (using advanced pivot tables) linked to the Master Database

• Design reporting logic and build customized set of management reports, analytical views and graphical charts according to the individual needs (e.g. Summary Reporting Management P&L, Cost Center reporting, Price & Volume analysis, Cost of Labor analytics, OPEX analytics, etc.)
